By using Boredproof you agree to these terms. It's an entertainment site — please keep it fun, keep it legal, and don't post anything you wouldn't want the world to read.

1. Acceptance

Boredproof is operated by Curiosity Hub Apps ("we", "us"). By accessing or using this website you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Eligibility and age

You must be at least 13 years old to use the site. The optional NSFW mode contains adult humor and is intended only for users aged 18 or older. By enabling NSFW mode you confirm you are 18 or older.

3. The content

Boredproof provides short, humorous, and opinion-based entertainment content (facts, debates, polls, stories, and memes). It is for amusement only and should not be relied upon as factual, professional, medical, legal, or relationship advice. The "Memes" section displays images from a third-party feed that we do not control or endorse.

4. Community submissions

When you post a community card, you agree that:

• You own or have the right to share the content you submit.
• You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, store, and distribute your submission on the site.
• Your submission is public and may be seen by anyone.
• Submissions may be shown for a limited time and can be removed at any time, for any reason, without notice.

You must not post content that:

• Is illegal, harassing, hateful, threatening, or defamatory.
• Contains personal or identifying information about yourself or others.
• Is spam, advertising, or contains links.
• Infringes anyone's intellectual-property or privacy rights.
• Sexualizes minors or is otherwise abusive.

We use automated checks and manual review, and may remove content or block access to keep the community safe.

To report a card, use the flag button on the card itself. Pick a reason and the card is hidden from your deck straight away. Cards reported by several people for a safety reason are hidden for everyone pending review. You can also email curiosityhubapps@gmail.com if you would rather not use the in-app button or need to reach us about something the button does not cover.

5. Acceptable use

Don't attempt to disrupt, overload, scrape, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the site or its backend, and don't use it to break any law.

6. No warranty

The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee it will be accurate, uninterrupted, or error-free.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or from content posted by other users.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
